Every candle includes:

frequently asked questions

  • Keep the wick trimmed to 1/4" before lighting your candle. Allow the soy wax to melt to the edges on the first burn. Never leave your candle unattended, and keep the flame away from flammable objects. Keep candle out of reach of children and pets, on an even, hard surface while it is burning. Keep your candle free of debris such as used matches or wick clippings. Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time. Discontinue use when 1/2" of wax remains in your candle.

  • Our standard turnaround time is 1-3 days and does not include shipping time. If you need your order in a rush, send us an email at julianna@juliannacandle.com and we will do our best to get it to you sooner!
